Beef Patties

I don't cook much. Well, actually I don't cook ever, unless you're talking about putting toast in the toaster, which I do often. But one recipe that I have made and really love are these beef patties. Make them up into a burger, or eat on their own with fried onions, they make a quick, easy and iron-flowing meal.

Ingredients
♥ Pure minced beef
♥Orgran All-Purpose Crumbs (they're like bread crumbs, you can buy from some health shops)
♥Heinz Ketchup
♥McCormick All-spice
♥ Salt & pepper

Method
1. In a large bowl, break down beef using a fork.
2. Add all other ingredients, one by one. (NB. Make sure the texture is dry enough to create flat and round-shaped patties that stay together. Add spices and sauce according to taste preference.)
3. Using your hands (you most certainly can't be a Vego to make these), mold the mixture into individual burger-size patties.
4. Lightly fry in olive oil, cooking both sides evenly.

Before I knew about bread crumb substitutes, I would make this by crushing whole pieces of bread in my hands, creating my own crumbs. This works too.

Bon Appetit!
