Choices

More and more, us unique folk are being presented with choices. I literally go away for a couple of months and when I return I am wowed by more places to eat, more products on the shelf, more alike people and more awareness from the public.

It just so happens, there is a gluten-free product line entitled 'Choices' and I've just discovered they have an online store and can deliver to your home.

I've tested the croissants, the jam pastries and the 3 seed bread - all great substitutes to the real thing.

They may not be the most mouth-drooling, melt-in-your-mouth foodstuffs of our past, but who would have thought we would have so many options? I personally feel quite lucky.
